About our furnished apartments and houses in St. John’s

St. John’s Executive Apartments offers fully-furnished apartments and/or houses in or near downtown St. John’s. Call or email to ascertain availability and costs.

 

Utilities

Unless otherwise specified, St. John’s Executive Apartments’ rates for furnished units include all utilities – within reason. Several apartments will have winter heat caps in place. Longer term rentals can be extended the option of paying their own utilities.

 

Pets

Some of the inventory in St. John’s Executive Apartments is suitable for pets. You should discuss your requirements in that regard with us. Each case is unique. Remember,there may be an extra cleaning charge, and your credit card will be charged for any damages.

 

Apartment Cleaning and Cleaning Services

You are expected to leave the apartment/house in good order, as you found it. Fee-for-service cleaning is available throughout your stay and for your checkout convenience. These can be included in the cost of the rental, as well. Discuss your requirements with Elaine or Denise. You may also schedule cleaning to assist with crew change, etc.

 

Check-out procedures

The accommodation should be returned to us in good order. Cleaning services are available should you wish to use them. Please run the dishwasher; garbage should be emptied; recyclables and regular kitchen garbage in appropriate blue or black garbage bags in exterior garbage containers, or in the garage, if applicable. Clients who do not adhere to these standards, and we appreciate not everyone will, or has the time to, will be charged appropriate exit cleaning charges. Damages

Please bring matters which require service to our attention. Plumbing, electrical and house maintenance issues are important and we value your input in this regard.

 

Check-in and Check-out

Most units have coded locks to allow easy client access. You will be advised of the code, as well as other check in instructions, before your arrival. Check out is simple – call to advise when you are departing, remembering that bookings of less than 6 months require a 30 day notice, while bookings of 6 months or more require 60 days notice. A post-stay inspection will release any pre-authorized security/damage deposits. Receipts can be emailed to you for your convenience.
